Bcoz subash chandra reportedly got a new franchisee to be launched next year in IPL.And players like abdur razzaq,shane bond,rana naved is beleive to be in that team plus host of other international.

Nest year in IPL, there will be no change....the changes will be effective only from 2011...not 2010....

I know why is not going to the court. He doesn't have money to fuel his car and using public transport will not go down well with his image.

RR -> That is ur problem...u judge people by how good is their English. What if he does not know good English...he knows his stuff and he speaks passable English...if channels done have prob with his English...who r we to comment. He is brought to studios coz he is a Great of the game. he is an icon. Show some respect. Don't denigrate a national hero.
I see a lof messages against BCCI. Please plssss dont glorify ICL. Subhash started ICL not to develop cricket, as some of my forrumites say, rather to make cash thru Zee Sports. So BCCI too played the same and won succesfully. Pleas understand this and stop blaming BCCI.

I have got no sympathy for Subhash Chandra but i m sorry for the way BCCI treated India's greatest captain and all-rounder Kapil Dev
it is disgusting to hear BCCI dictates terms for ICL. how the money can lure the cricketeers is evident. if the ICL players were to compete with IPL, i am sure ICL will come out winner.shame u BCCI fellas.u took the challenge of ICL through ur black money..
This is goondaism at its best.ICL should have been encouraged .I only hope MrSubhas Chandra does not give it up. Wait for right opportunity and go with sledge hammer to the all powerful BCCI .Stategy is win other nations Cricket Boards - net work and develop relations and at the right time give a shot to BCCI in such a way that they should not even know what it hit them .also work on countries where they do not play now , develop the sport - which will be a cheaper than taking head on the bull. Sad day for the Indian Cricket .No hard feelings to the players as it is their profession. One good thing you look at is the payments oto all national level games the professional fee and prize money have been increased .Well done ICL - great luck in near future .Yes !ICL should ask More to leave for the part he played in destroying Indian cricket under Greg albeit for a short time..
BCCI gets the monopoly to do what ever they want and ICL started because of the politics inside BCCI - but the war has been won by the stronger oponent - However. i think there has to be a check on BCCI activities - Richest board means there has to be some kind of Gafla
Subhash Chandra wanted to dominate the television business for sports. he started his sports channel & wanted to cash cricketing revenues without sharing to nebody by starting his own cricket league. BCCI wisely isolated ICL & subhash chandra is nw bankrupt as far as ICl is concerned.
