Though crafted by ICL, but IPL has taken all the benefit of T20 with using its muscle power wherever and whenever required.
If modi ask's for ICC to provide them a window, then ICC will step in IPL with much say in matters. Which Power hungary person like Modi will not certainly want. hence the denial
