Sreesanth hoping for Donald's assistance
by Anurag Rathore on Jul 27, 2009 05:20 PM  | Hide replies

Out of favour pacer S Sreesanth believes working under fast bowling great Allan Donald at the English county club Warwickshire will improve his bowling which will help him in his bid for India comeback.

Sreesanth is leaving for England shortly to play for Warwickshire and looking forward to train under Donald.

"The contract has been signed and I am just waiting for the visa to go to England to play for Warwickshire," Sreesanth told PTI today.

"Allan Donald is my bowling idol and hopefully I will further improve my bowling by training under him. Hopefully, my county stint help me improve my bowling. This is a great opportunity and I hope it helps in my comeback to the (Indian) side," he said.

i don't know why aren't they considering Sreesanth these days. He is the king of reality shows, and thats what cricket has become these days.

Remember Allan Donald hurling hoorific expletives at Rahul Dravid during India's tour to SA some years back, which made even the SA media upset and highlighted Dravid's calm-handling of that? Well, Sreesanth should not aggravate further his style of facial distortions which has led to his falling down in the past. Sreesanth, come back good.

Sreesanth is a good bowler in swing conditions but not on Subcontinent Pitches Can be better on abroad trips than Munaf & R P Singh. He is always aggressive in Field.I think Trio of Zak,Ishant & Sreesanth can do wonders if they bowl at decent pace with touch of Swing,RP & Munaf don't carry much pace & are exposed sometimes in Front of Good Batting Lineups

doesnt matter.. he is not the bowler he was. He has lost focus and let go his core skills of controlled outswinger.

sarfaraz nawaz adviced Imran to break Chetan Chauhans head..imran, whose islamic zeal and leanings are far clear today than then, was an India hater.

Nothing wrong playing aggressively. and Akram has always been a gentleman on the field and off of it (at least in my limited knowledge). Ever heard Imran's commentary? Pathetic is the word I recall from that experience. Please dont ever compare Imran with Wasim. Wasim is a far better ambassador of the game and I am a great admirer of his bowling exploits.
