for all time from sub continent.
it is sad we didn't see much of contest between these two greats, as very few matches were played between india and pak due to tension.

When once asked from Sachin about the bowlers who he finds difficult to play then he named Akram with Murali and Srinath.

WASIM AKRAM
by hariharan on Jul 27, 2009 04:58 PM  | Hide replies

It is very essential to learn from Wasim Akrim how to break one's head while bowling in the same lines he and Imran Khan used to bowl aginst K Srikanth so that we can use that technic against Pakistan

You are out of your senses for sure mate.. Akram is extremely talented. I still remember the feeling of butterflies in the stomach when he bowled against India.
It is surely an honor to have him in here to guide our bowlers..
Please do not be narrow-minded and salute the talented Sultan of swing..

No Mr. Rohit M, Good thinks can be learned even from an enemy. This is acceptable in our religion. Take the example of Ramayana wherein Shri Ram instructed Laxman to learn from Ravan.

u r a real fool. No present day fast bowler is anywhere close to Akram's abilities. Ever seen Akram being hit for too many runs in a over, many times...in his career ? And none can really match his swing for sure..

Sometimes it was almost impossible to see in fast replay how the bowl hit the stumps. Akram is master of swing bowling.
