Manu Zach, are you suggesting that wasting time is a much more serious offence than any of the ones I listed? The point here is that the Aussies, being the biggest cheats and unsporting team in the world, should think twice before pointing fingers at others. When you dish it out, you should be prepared to recieve it back period. And yes, you sure have the right to post your 'opinion' here.I never dsnied that. What I said was that your opinion was stupid, and you've proven me right again.Good going.

Right. Cant figure out whats gone wrong with Manu Zach. May be he is very much in awe of the Australian stars and their winning reputation in the past( which no longer holds good).

I completely agree with you.... On that note, why doesn't someone remind the ICC to update their website? It still keeps showing wrong results of Aussies beating South Africa and Aussies being #1 Test team.... Maybe other teams should sue ICC for such blatant departure from the truth.....

Who can agree with you more, Against Pseudos. Australia is a champion team. No one can ever think of beating them. Look how comprehensively they won the last six tests that they played against us? We really need bow before them for all the great deeds that they do in cricket.:)

BP:
My apologies..... I misread last six tests as last six wickets...
Really sorry about that comment.
But on their winning reputation of the past not holding good anymore, that's not completely true either ...
Their win percentage has stabilised around 50% now which is down from olden days maybe, but considering the departure of McGrath, Warne, Gilly, Hayden, Gillespie etc. it is not surprising either....
It is a fact that England used some tactics which even the BCCI or PCB won't use to win or save a match. One should remember that a good 15 to 20 overs were lost on the fourth day due to rain and bad light. In spite of that, the Australians bowled brilliantly to nearly force a victory which was denied by some ugly tactics involving two non-playing members of the England team. The Aussies may be sledgers, and would try to win at all costs, but they would not even think of such outrageously obnoxious tactics. People like Fletcher should thank the weather gods, and lady luck for the draw and keep quiet.

You can call me anything you want. Appealing, claiming catches, sledging, bowling negative lines so on and so forth..... the list is endless.. I agree. But can you point out even a single instance when Aussies tried to waste time to escape from defeat?? And Mr. Anurag Rathor, please be kind enough to put forward your point of view without getting personal. I have the same right to post my opinion in this forum just like you or any one else.

Nathan Hauritz, a current Australian cricketer has supported the English tactics, and said he would have done the same.

even ausis r known for negative bowling. against nz, when they were on the verge of defeat, they tried negative bowling n didnt allow nz to achieve the target. in that series, nz had upper hand in all the tests.

;-).... considering that the rest of the playing elevens always wait patiently for umpires to give their verdict and never indulge in appealing, I really think Aussies should be banned from playing cricket till they learn to keep their mouths shut and let the umps do their job like our own greats do.... :) Since Indians never claim grassed catches (including the one our own Great Sachin took a while back forget where, but I can still remember his bleeding finger after which he went in for the day), you are right in saying what you have to.... :)
There have been many instances when the Aussies have resorted to time-wasting when they r down, in India and many other places. They have a habit to squeal when their own tactics are used against them! Can anyone tell me how Ponting escaped being censored for excessively appealing (he appealed thrice!) for a catch at silly point (which was later proved by replays to be a good decision by the Pak umpire!)??? SSM

Manu Dork, didn't you just say that you should not get personal and that everybody has a right to post his opinion here?So explain why you're calling Sasanka names.

Manu, since when have u been following cricket? If you were following cricket at least for 5-6 years u wd know what I am saying. Aussies have developed rime wasting and appealing to a fine art. They consistently get away w/practically murder. They get rattled only when their own tactics are used against themselves. That's an opportunity for the rest of the cricket playing countries: get them rattled, and they can be beaten. Cheers! SSM

I particularly liked the way England beat them at Cardiff by rattling them.... :)
South Africans too did that recently at home.... and which is why Australians are currently relegated to #17 in ICC test rankings.... This update was sponsored by Reliance India Mobile.... Aur bolo... :)

the ausis were unsporting always. against nz, in a 3-test series drawn 0-0, (dominated by bond?) ausis were always under the threat of losing. but in one of the tests, nz wanted to score some runs while chasing, but ausis did negative bowling, n bowled all the 6 balls of the over- much much wide of the off stump.
so these ausis cheaters r blaming others now. ponting shud b shown a mirror.

;-).... dunno whether you agree with time wasting tactics or you don't agree with bowling wide of off stump..... :) But you sure are entertaining.... :)
