What do you mean by Balaji's days are over? Performence? Then It is pure Merit selection. He is the one inform Player now than RPS or Sreeshanth. He took Tamil nadu team to Ranji Semifinals, South zone team to Duleep Trophy Finals and Chennai Daredevils to Fianls... Think about it... He was out of action for four years'coz of Back injury and Stress fracture only not because of out of Form...

Munaf would have been reaplced by the great Ajith Agarkar.
If it was a guy from Karnataka, not just Munaf....instead, half of the team would have been from Bengaluru. Ishant and Zaheer might have been "Rested" or kicked out.

Yes as you say Cheeka is doing a spendid job in not showing bias to any state are district. Results are in the paper. Picking Amit mishra for the test is one thing to be noted when chawla was the first preference.

"All TN players only" .... I don't think Ojha, Raina, Rohit sharma, Sehwag, Gambhir, Zaheer, Ishant, Dhoni, Yuvraj, Yusuf pathan, Praveen kumar are from TN! Hello, please check your knowledge.... Balajai is the only guy from TN... Infact srikanth's favourite is Sehwag... He is very unbiased like how usually people from other states behave... So lets just shut our --- and welcome Balaji back to international cricket.

Final was played between UP and Mumbai and not TN. TN dint play Mumbai in SF or finals.

you clueless dope fuking moron .tn lost to u.p inthe ranji trophy semifinals after the later secured a mere two runs lead after losing eight wickets. that was possible only bcoz t.n guys dropped cathes of the bowling of balaji. get your facts straight before u come up here and shoot ur mouth off .

Bengal took a first innings lead against TN but still lost thanks to Balaji's supreme effort of 6 for 24 in 2nd innings

Common man.. he was give 2 completely wrong decisions in both the matches if u realize. And so long sachin's concerned, if the selection comitee would drop him.. don't u think they'd curse their own-self for having commited a blunder as huge as that!! Think abt it..
