I don't understand who put up the question whether Sachin will play in ranji?? taking rest from international matches and then play ranji?? big joke.... and to rest who are asking sachin to retire and give youngsters a chance then this is the chance sachin has given...... Sachin has given youngsters to perform against BD and see if they can perform.... about IPL for money, then listen sachin doesn't need to play in IPL for money sachin can earn more money just waving while cheering for any IPL team.... I don't know how many matches Sachin has won in for India in last 20 years and recently many series wins have come because of sachin. and one most important thing people if you want sachin to retire or be dropped then do one thing go and do your best when dhoni, viru, yuvi and srikant think that sachin is 'God of cricket'.... there is saying jitni khadi lagani hai laga lo.... ha ha ha
C'mon guys. I was down rolling on the floor when I saw the title of this article (Tendulkar will not play........). Because of national commitments, half of Delhi team won't figure in the game. Guess who those guys are - Viru, Gambhir, Kohli and Nehra. The most meaningful contributors in India's batting and bowling won't be contributing anything when their city takes on Mumbai. Let's not kid ourselves on who'll be hurt more due to absentees.
How many youngsters do u people want. Sehwag, Gambhir, Kohli, Dhoni, Yuvraj, Pathan, Rohit Sharma, Harbajan, IShant, Jadeja, Karthik, Pathan Bros, etc., have a look at above mentioned players... are they re not youngsters... inspite of all above players you still want sachin to move from international cricket to give way for youngsters... u should all be proud... he s contributin for morethan 20 years... still he s the only players who s consistently getting a century and a half century in a series. nobody has shown such consistency... really guys.. wat is ur prob... we shud all be concerned for the ultimate result that india should win. let it be cos of sachin / dhoni / yuvi / sehwag...
sachin and selecters very well know about his retirement...

It's people love that he is surviving. And people love him because he performs. He is still the most admired and consistent player in the team.
Yuvi learns to score his Test tons - he has 7000 plus runs in One Dayers but played like a Cat in Australia last Test season when given a chance.
Dhoni learns to play well on Perth like tracks where Tendulkar played Merv Hughes and scored a Century when he was 18.
Sehwag and Gambhir show consistency in Tests and One Dayers for atleast 3 to 4 years like how Sachin has shown last 20 years.
Kohli - just made his first one day century, so leave him alone for a few years to come to judgement.
Whats wrong in an old man playing as long long as he scored more runs than the above mentioned young guns? Wine and Tendulkars batting taste better as they grow old.
We can only complain when young guns have not been given opportunity. But the current selectors have given equal chance to everyone and inspite of that this genius has stood out. So lets leave him alone for his contributions to Indian cricket.
Also to comments he wants to earn money - who doesn't want to? As long as he plays well and passionately for the Country, why not he earn as well? Have you all questioned Politicians swindling money without doing their job? If you did we would be the best Country in world. We are not bcos we keep questioning the Sachins.
