How is your demand any different from Raj Thackeray's? May the best guy be the captain of the team. Yuvi is a talented cricketer, but I'm afraid the same cannot be said about his attitude.

Please rise above this kaka-mimi of professionalism and think about encouraging local talent and taking pride in ourselves.

and how is it encouraged...by letting an unworthy local to become captain in the name of promotion of local talent...take a break!

Dhoni was junior to Yuvraj in teh Indian team, but he still was made the captain instead of Yuvraj - guess why - Yuvi's attitude? I'd always support another Indian to be the captain if there's one (care to check the KXI team and propose a few?) in teh team, but unfortunately the only choice available currently is a Sri Lankan. (You shouldn't be too sad though, at least teh skin color is closer to ours! LOL!)
First 2 seasons of IPL were won by teams with international captains. Perhaps this led the decision to drop Yuvi as captain. Moreover Tom Moody is there as coach. Australian coaches would do their best to subdue every Indian talent. Perhaps Moody wants to finish the job that Chappel and Buchanan could not do.

Bottomline, you perform and you reap awards. You don't perform you don't reap awards. This a good example of that.

I appreciate your self hailing attitude. Now I don't have any doubt why you are Dhoni's fan.

Dhoni is in journey with team India with all comforts of business class. I salute those who did Dandi march to take team India to this point. Dhoni is not one of them.

DHONI WON'T DO MAGIC ALONE.HE HAS A PUNCH OF TALENTS THAT THE FORMER CAPTAIN'S WON'T HAVE IN THEIR ERA.PLAYERS ARE CONTRIBUTING WELL FOR DHONI.HE IS RIDING ON OTHER TALENTS.
People who are bullish in anture often do so risking their popularity. The moment they fail, their heads are called for because they aren't the typical nice guys. Thereby, it is important to have a balance between the team's most explosive batsman and being a colourful personality off the field with a dash of arrogance, which we all know Yuvi is. He could have been a great captain, if he wouldn't have been tempermental. Fair enough, but he wouldn't have been such an explosive batsman either
