Two 17 year old Left Arm spinners from Mumbai showed their clas in not one but 3 successive matched of Ranji trophy super league matched. In fact they - bowling in tandem - turned the Himachal match on its head and matched veteran Murali Kartik in guile against Railways. I would have loved to see at least some mention of them.

As I mentioned in the previous post, in his next match he bowled really average and I think took just one wicket. Wondered if the same journalist will highlight it?! Could these amateurish journalists let new kids on the block gain some experience first and then write something on them? Or else they make them feel as if they are celebrities?
btw, hope he doesn't have rings anywhere else. Really a poor attitude from a junior. Regards

PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER INDIA NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT TO DIVIDE A STATE IT TAKES 1 LAKH CRORES AND GOVERNMENT HAS TO PAY FOR IT.WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS,ITS YOUR TAX PAYERS MONEY,YOU WILL BE TAXED HEAVILY AND REMEMBER THAT NOT ONLY TELANGANA,THERE ARE 20 OTHER STATES IN THE WAITING NOW TO BE SPLIT.IF WE PUT ASIDE THE CLAIMS THAT SMALLER STATES LEAD TO BETTER GOVERNANCE,THEN WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL IMPLICATIONS OF THESE PROBLEMS. ITS YOUR TAXPAYERS MONEY THAT PAYS FOR THIS

Not all money goes to economy. Nearly 85% of the money will go in to administrative expenses like setting up of offices. Regional tribulances. changes in Offices (right from Name board, file changes with new names till enactment of state laws). Additional central govt and state govt officers. From Governor to Central govt Income tax and state govt officials, Central Govt office for Railways to Postal offices to electroate office etc.Involves huge amount of expenditure. Not a child's play. Infact it will take more than 1 lakh crores. Lead to price increase in construction to other materials as well and separate commisision for Public commission exams to District High courts needs to be set up
he should bowl in domestic games first and then in team india. harbhajan singh is getting tired and useless bowler sometimes.best of luck to him but atlast does he have any approch in bcci.

looks like petchu has soft corner for him... He must have paid rediff to get this article posted...
For all the hype, he may be a good bowler and can even become better in the future. All the best for him.
BUT, BUT, there was absolutely no need for this article on him at all. That too in rediff?! There have been so many good performances in Ranji this year and why have they not been written on?! Also, its the first time he has done something good. Write an article on him at the end of the season if and when he takes 50 plus wickets.
Too much pressure and importance is placed on these new kids. Allow them to blossom and perform consistently and then write something.

BCCI is very magnimous and are really encouraging youngsters in to mainstream cricket. No doubt Srinivas will have a chance soon in either One Dayer or T20 to get acustomed to international cricket as it is totally different from domestic game. Wishing him success in his career and ambition.

dont try to spoil youngsters from learning by inducting them in T20s. They will loose the interest in learning the art of spin bowling by the exposure to T20 balu.s
