I dont know abt the spib bowling, but, the pace bowling i do, i would like to say this way,
The bowler is still important in this game, and the bowler is great too, if, only, if he bowl the ball in the right spots, according to the situation, field, batsman nand the conmdition of the pitch n air and for sure according to his strength and weekness, then for sure the batsman will respect him, may be the batsman can have him at bay for some time, but always the final laugh should be with the bowler, as the batsman have only one chance, and the bowler have many. if me say in another way, the batsman is the Arjuna of the Mahabharat and the bowler is the Great Karnan of The Mahabharat, as every one knows Arjun never been a better Warrior than Karnan, but always he anjoyd tht Status, but the truth is Karna the Great Yodha

ok answer me one thing if bowling a cricket bowl at the same spot is so easy. Why in tennis u have entire area to pitch the ball but still double faults occur.

but the thing is if the pitch isnt doing anything and the batsman chasing huge have nothing to do but tonk the ball, there is no so called right spots. Thats why Glen McGrath is the only succesful bowler to bowl on any pitch anytime with his lazy same-2-same bowling stuff.

Grounds like Rajkot are burial grounds of bowlers. Instead of having bowlers, both the teams should play 10 batsmen 1 WK. And anyone can bowl on such grounds, because everyone will be hit...

Even then India could win only by meagre 3 runs. No big deal. It could have gone either way.
Cricket will die its natural death in our country because of such useless games. Kids now follow Man U more than team India. They can't tolerate such a boring game...

Cricket is NOT a game at all.Some how, it was propagated for minting money.More over, the competitions must be between equals. Compare Apple to Apple etc; There is no set rules or regulations except for making quick bug by match fixing,betting etc;We should not allow our children to play this game at all.Cricket is simply a game of gambling. Because of its greed, BCCI is destroying the game of cricket. What is the need of organizing an ODI in such a small town, with a tiny stadium and substandard facilities? On this ground, some team some day will score 500 runs in an ODI. All this is happening because Niranjan Shah from Gujrat is powerful in BCCI right now.
