Buchanan must understand India is not Bangladesh.India has the existing infrastructure.U don't need to five years to make a team that has some of the best international players to synchronise.Moreover, there was no signs of improvements either.Good players from different countries were not gelling well under him.He should understand it.His claim Ganguly is not upto T20 is not fullproff.Its a personal comment.Nothing should be made out of this.

As a part of the project: 1. The team loses during the first four years. 2. Has 10 captains and one player. 3. More member in the coaching team than in the playing team.
And somehow all these changes in the fifth year through some trump card that Bhookha Naan had in his sleeves!
