IPL

Due to IPL India has lost a lot. Better to ban it and force players to choose country over money.

these players should take a call as to whether it is IPL or international cricket. If they prefer IPL then they can as well retire from international cricket.

Sad News
by insan on Aug 07, 2009 03:51 PM

Zaheer was in a very good form from last few year...its a sad news for us he is not available for 4 major tournaments.

God bless him, I hope he will recover soon.

India should not miss him.......
by Anurag Rathore on Aug 07, 2009 03:50 PM  | Hide replies

Like in past 2 years India won so many matches in absence of key players. Young bowlers should take the responsibility. Ishant has got enough rest. He will be fit. Nehra had got good series against WI. S.Tyagi, P.Sangwan and B.Kumar performed very well in emerging players tournament.
I think Zaheer absence will not be a big worry for India. Indian team has become habitual of that kind of situation.

you are a fool...zaheer was the crucial team member because of whose bowling we were able to win the tough home series against Aus....do u really understand cricket? i think zaheer's absence will be crucial and he has to be replaced in ODIs with Agarkar...in tests he will be missed dearly.

We are talking about ODI not test. First read which tournament he is going to miss.

please do not compare zaheer with non-starters like srishant. sri has to go a long way before catching up with the likes of Zaheer. It will be an insult to Zaheer.
