SRK can't take defeat
by Savita Prabhu on Apr 29, 2009 09:50 PM

SRK does not have sportsmanship to gracefully accept defeat and praise the opponents.

KKR will be last.
by Ajay K on Apr 29, 2009 09:26 PM  | Hide replies

I have forcasted this at the very beginning of this BS league called IPL that KKR will be the last this time and O Boy, was I right. That is the price you pay for being arrogant and disrespectful to the Legends (Big B, Sunil Gavaskar, Ganguly, etc etc.) Mr. SRK are you listening....you will be the last one this time.

Quality of discussion
by Dare on Apr 29, 2009 09:15 PM  | Hide replies

What has happend to Indians? Why cannot we argue a point logically? One look at this message board and you can see that replies to messages are always about personal attacks. Look at message boards around the world, even the ones where they debate on sports topics. I do not expect good quality English.. it is not our first language, but in any language, can we not just debate an issue for what it is , iso bringing religion, cast, upbringing, parents, evben the handle names are not spared... Grow up Indians..e spe the web surfers.. u r considered to be the more educated in India and if we start behaving this way, what can you expect of others who do not have the privelege of education?

I agree with you. People are doing a blame game whether SRK is at fault or Ganguly. I guess none of the two. KKR as a team is failing. I am not buying the reason given by SRK for not cheering KKR. Any way, it is a game - the most unpredictable version of cricket. Instead of multiple captains, concentrating on cheerleaders, SRK should concentrate on getting better players on team, better attitude among the players, better strategy on the batting (as this format does not really care of good bowlers).

Law of average
by VR on Apr 29, 2009 08:41 PM  | Hide replies

SRK has never tasted defeat his entire life. Law of average is in play here. He is bound to see setbacks somewhere, (be it in other field and that is what it is. But, there is no doubt he will come back strong.

Does SRK only wants to have fun?
by SK on Apr 29, 2009 08:31 PM  | Hide replies

SRK is a major stakeholder for KKR and he should be there to support them in all their success and failure. He should be a friend in need and not an A*R*S*E H*O*L*E who does not want to be a part of their sadness....

You are right, the guy is immature! Just because he acted in Chak De he thinks he knows what it means to run/coach a team. Hey SRK welcome to the real world not everything is easy, not always do you get a happy ending. Stop asking spinners to bowl the last over your captain/coach has no clue
