the main mistake was to remove Ganguly from captaincy after listening to Buchanan. Mcullum has not performed and doesnot lead he team well .Ganguly wasmuch more better. so now dont feel bad as KKR is already out from IPL2 so better try some dramatic changes for IPL3 . change Buchanan and all the numerous specialised coaches you have. have you never heard the saying too many cooks spoil the soup .similarly have only one coach for all department so it reduces cost as well as any other internal problems and show faith in Ganguly he will always come up to win the game
