i think it should done before the 1st mathc, both chopra & bangar should sent back to home and also sent back to Buchanon to austrelia.
I think Buchanan is getting everything wrong from the IPL season 1 itself... and SRK is getting it all wrong by giving Buchanan a free hand... hope he realizes it soon and Dada is made in charge...
Please ask SRK to stay silent and observe things happening in his team. He should not look for the best, instead look for guys who want to perform. Saurav wants to perform and he did that in match against Rajasthan. Slow and steady wins the race. My suggestion will be to ask the coach to look at the fielding department. No matter if the coach is australian or from any other country... interpersonal communication skills are required from SRK (since he is team owner)... to bring in the positivity that he is talking about.

Dear King Khan, Please send Buchanan back home. Everything will be normal under the coaching of Sourav. He is a senior player who understand the Psycology of Players and am sure can work in the saem fashion Shane Warne did it last year. Think about it. I am sure this will fit in your budget better.

Kicking out Buchanan is the only soultions for changing fortunes and it is good for team to get together like one unit. Buchanan is just waste of time and money for KKR.

u guys want Saurav to be the KKR coach instead of captain... but i dont think saurav is even thinking of getting out of KKR team lol. He started making faces when he got to know that he is no more KKR captain, forget of he being a coach. :))

mr.whatever-kar, it is not only sourav but quite a few other "kars" like Vengsarkar, Gavaskar, Wadekar also who made faces at such a ridiculous 4-captain theory... Hence, get an antacid b4 throwing up on this forum!
Well now second time ins a row it is on display what happens when u hire an aussie professional in indian scene! they;re master strategists and are actually present to undermine the team rather than to bolster it! All of them especially the coaches should have performance based pay scheme.........it would be interesting to watch what bhooka naan would do then!
