Ganguly is known for top class leadership, even his hard-core critics acknowledge that.And its not a stationery shop that the owner can do anything he wants. Its a team from a city with huge fanbase. KKR is the only team who made profit because of its fan base only. They need to take care of the fans and their sentiment to be in business. And we have seen this kind of ignorance & negligence happened to him before. We know who emerged as the winner eventually.If they are want the winning combination this is the right combination to win the IPL. 1.Debarta Dass 2.Chris Gayle 3.Sourav Ganguly 4.Brad Hodge 5.Brendon Mccullum 6.Laxshmi Shukla 7.Mashrafe Mortaza 8.Ajit Agarkar 9.Murali Karthick or Ajantha Mendis 10.Ishant Sharma 11.Ashoke Dinda If this team will participate this match definately pick the IPL cup.Akash Chopra is the test player still use him is not good for KKR & SRK.

It is a ploy that KKR adopted by bringing the Marketing aspects to cover up their inside struggle. I don't think that SRK has bridged the gap between Coach and Ganguly and instill the doubt to the team about their inabilities. The strategy to bringn McCullum as captain to reduce aggravated relationship beteen Mr Coach and the former captain. I am doubtful that McCullum has enough confident to lead this team but surely he is a kind of playing moderater role well between the players Vs Ganguly Vs Coach Vs SRK. Mr SRK has messed the things up by sidelining Ganguly forgot the fact that he has a huge fan fare following and his Captaincy material was not questioned. He should have stand in for him and requested Mr Coach to build the strategy around him. Also note the point that he is not Dravid or Lakshman and there are many instances / incidents proved that anyone will get a resistences going against him. The last will is something a satisfying but definetely not out of the great danger. His movie gimmick will not work and he should buy a guidance from Cricketer but not from Buchanan, it is a clear evidence that he view and idea is partial and sided against Ganguly. KKR need a coach who is a "Mentor" - beyond just being a Coach, who understand that the Indian take cricket emotionally than professionally.
SRK seems to have forgotten the Greg Chappell - Ian Fraser's c ombined effort in bringing down the Indian team's performance after they took over. While Chappell was an accomplished batsman but a failed coach (he couldn't even help the Australian team during their last tour to India or the series played before that in Australia. despite all the information on weaknesses of all the players) Ian Fraser, had no skills, except feeding misinformation to Chappell and the BCCI guys who were willing to listen, and some pliable Indian media persons. Ian Fraser mineted money by doing nothing. His accomplishments (a) destroying Irfan Pathan as a bowler, his first job was as a bowling coach, and he didn't let Pathan go to Wasim Akram. (b) creating divisions in the team, by feeding misinformation like, he did against Ganguly, that Ganguly is conspiring against his and Chappell's jobs. (c) feeding the misinformation to Indian media personnel during the world cup in West Indies that Sachin and Ganguly were conspiring against Dravid. (d) He fought with cricketers in the Rajasthan Cricket Academy in his last stint and got booted.
SRK should do well to realize that he has got another failed coach, who has brought in his own piggyback riders, with the sole aim to fool the owners. They see Ganguly as a threat to their jobs because they know they are incompetent. Bucanan and some of his support staff, like Ian Fraser are feeding misinformation and dividing the team, by writing mysterious blogs
Shahrukh Khan is such a highly overrated actor that he cannot survive without manipulations.
Every now and then media posting unwanted articles on SRK. I think Rediff should grow up now otherwise will loose many long time users with this nonsense about SRK. How long people will be convinced about SRK by creating hype about him. His movies are not watchable at all and his TV shows are humorless with too much overacting from SRK. He is not watchable star now a days.
