If Modi really sees it as a time-break for strategising, then lets leave it to the captain to decide whether he needs the break or not. We all know - it is not for cricket, but more to catch your eye-balls....
I have seen this Strategy breaks (Time outs) in Volley ball, Basket ball etc and I always thought that it was breaking the momentum and pulling the game down. One reason I hate watching Basketball is this time out (Otherwise an excellent game). I hope people will not move away from Cricket because of the same reason. It is good only for the team struggling at that moment. If the idea is to help the struggling team to come back into the match then it is OK. Else stop these breaks and save cricket.
