this is just a publicity stunt. now more people would be glued to the tv set to see dada perform and fight his way to captaincy. He will be inevitably made captain after the first few matches, if not from the second match onwards. A lot of things in IPL has to be scripted (events outside of the game) and we can understand that. A lot of money at stake. It will just be a roller coaster ride for people, just like any good soap opera and at the end everyone will be satisfied and would wait for IPL3, Shah Rukh Khan will walk away clean, saying that "he means what he says" kind of thing. Simply can't believe with this much money at stake Shah Rukh would risk loosing fan following because someone wants to implement his imagination in cricket.
Earlier i used to think that only Sikhs get insulted in various spheres of life, but my doubt is over as Ganguly has received the maximum insult.
Ganguly- who showed India the way to win matches at intl level has been subjected to humiliation several times. First it was More-Chappel combine who totured him, now its the SRK- Buchannan combine who hv repeated the same painful history with Dada.
How can Indian cricket fans tolerate insult of such a great legendary player.
SRK should be deported to P a k i s t a n for this anti-national act.

Ganguly had talent once upon a time. It's over now and he needs to step down. It's a business and SRK will do whatever will make the most financial sense after all no one likes to loose money. It's funny how people like to give a regional aspect for everything. Ganguly was a fiasco last year and there is no other Bengali player who could take up a leadership role for KKR. At this time sacking Ganguly makes the most sense.

SRK is a Pakistani by heart(Inclusion of highest number of Pakistani players in IPl 1 which included 2nd graded paki players also read Md Hafeez & Salman Butt). And like most pakis he hates Indian Heroes so it is normal the way he treated Ganguly. SRK is a true muslim also he only loves his religion thats why he spend so much upon a Bangladesi player like Mortaza.

SRK has lost his mental balance after seeing that no Pakistani player will be able to play in the IPL this year.
Poor Dada became the victim of this radical Islamist. He wanted to insult Hindus in some way to avenge Pakistani players loss, hence he sacked Dada who is respected by all Hindus all over India. Shame on u SRK.
i am not fan of ganguli and not writing this to favor him anyway but i think srk jitna upar ud (fly) raha utni hi teji se esa girega kisi din ki uski haddi pasli ek ho jaayegi...
