Munaf abusing Sehwag and Akash Chopra was bad in taste
by S Shrikanth on Sep 27, 2008 09:42 PM  | Hide replies

I was shocked to know that Munaf Patel abused Sehwag and Akash Chopra and Sehwag left for Delhi in disgust. Munaf very well knows that he would be playing with Sehwag in Indian team. This is not different from Bhajji slapping Shreesanth when they were playing in opposite sides.

It seems that cricket is not a gentlemen game and spoiled chaps have entered the arena.

Well this win was expected as Rest of India was actually a full Indian test team and Delhi had several unknown players. Also, the pitch was under prepared and the first team playing had the advantage.

It would had been better if Sehwag would have stayed till the end of the match and said in the press conferance:

"ONLY ONE TEAM PLAYED WITH GAME SPIRIT".

I dont know why a big deal is made out of this issue, these r grown men playing against each other and i believe most players do abuse,i played some cricket myself and i guess things happen on the field in the heat of the moment, take it easy the media likes blowing things up the reality is quite different, they love making making a fool of innocent ppl and make them believe things that arent true, munaf abused,he was fined, bcci set a good example, matter finished.why the bickering dude, dont behave like a school kid,b a man.

congractulations anil kumbale for irani trophy victory
1. australians fast bowlers will be glad to see 40 wickets fall in just 3 days & 1 session
2. i expect all the 4 test to produce results
3. as an india i need to make anil kumble aware of following
3.a. there has to be limit short temper of sehwag he throws wicket by getting annoyed
3.b. ask bottom order player to practice facing yorkers, flipper, doosara to stop avalanche
3.c. ask top order player to understand their duties & play carefully brett lee & others
3.d. ask sehwag to learn from zaheer khan to control anger & turn anger in best figurers ever
3.d. learn all skills of Lt. Col. Kapil R. Nikhanj especially his captaincy bowling & batting
3.e. learn as a captain get maximum from all lazy impulsive, short temperred, mistake mongers
3.f. respect ego of all team mates not egoes of the boss ricky pointing, all australians.
3.g. ask sachin to sleep in slip & bat till last ball as atal bihari vajpeyi ji in africa

dude i guess kumble ,sachin, dravid, sehwag get to the heights they r at today cuz of ya advice.if u could keep ya advice to yaself i believe u could b sum1 famous sumday.its easy to pull down ppl when they arent playing their best ,the hard part is supporting them when they r down, show some respect to the players who have made us proud and have had a very important role in taking indian cricket to where we are today,a country without a sporting culture and facilities to being the richest board and top team in world cricket, even the aussies respect us for our resillience and class.

kumble keep it up.you have a tough ahead so dont sail with ego on this victory. i know you can do wonders perhaps if you speak to seniors like dravid, vvs, sachin which is the vital for innings builtup.and also motivate the team so that we always be victorios against anyteam in the world be it pak, aussies, eng, southafrica or newzealand

Super Talents and Super Stars not needed
by Guest on Sep 27, 2008 05:26 PM

India does not need superstars who make century after century when they are not needed. We need hard working sincere players who will make half centuries on a regular basis as and when the team needs it. We don't need no superstars. All good teams of recent times like SA and Aus are like that.
