Due to the unavailability of the Keenan Stadium, the proposed one-day international match between India and England [Images], which was scheduled to be played in Jamshedpur, will now be played in Bangalore on November 23.
''JSCA today informed the BCCI that due to the unavailability of the Keenan stadium, it will not be able to host the proposed match between India and England,'' a top BCCI source told UNI over phone.
''In that case, according to the rotation policy, the match will now be played in Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangaore,'' he added.
However, the final decision will be taken at the BCCI Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) on September 27 in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) confirmed that since it has not been given the possession of the Keenan Sstadium by Tata Steel [Get Quote] authorities, it will not be able to host the proposed ODI match between India and England.
JSCA secretary Rajesh Verma told UNI that despite the BCCI's fixed date line, there has been no response from Tata Steel on the availability of the stadium.
''The BCCI has been officially informed that even after constant requests, the Tata steel authorities have still not given the possession of the Keenan Stadium and therefore, it will be impossible to host the match here,'' Verma said.
''We have also asked the BCCI to find an alternate venue to hold the match,'' Verma added.

Dravid was unfazed by the happenings at the other end. He coasted to his 100th half-century in first-class cricket when he drove Pradeep Sangwan for a straight boundary. The former India captain needed 173 deliveries to reach his fifty, hitting four boundaries in the process, but, more importantly, looked better with every passing over.
V V S Laxman [Images], who was down with food poisoning on Thursday, got off to a good start but failed to carry on and fell for 18. He tried his characteristic flick on the leg side against the spin off leggie Chetanya Nanda, but got a leading edge, which was caught by the point fielder.
Dhoni arrived at the crease desperate to make a point. After his pull-out of the Test series in Sri Lanka [Images] and failure in the first innings here, he was keen to prove to everyone that he could also make an impact in the longer version of the game.
He took a particular liking to part-timer Virender Sehwag [Images], whom he time and again smashed through midwicket and straight down the ground. He once used the reverse sweep for a boundary through the point region off Sehwag.
Dravid fell for 69 when he tried to cut Nanda, but found the edge, which went to Akash Chopra at first slip. The veteran batsman spent nearly five hours at the crease for a subdued knock of 69 runs from 211 deliveries.
Dhoni took charge after the lunch break and continued going for his shots at every possible opportunity. He once danced down the wicket to Nanda and launched hi

cricket is not abt win & loss. One should give the fighting tendance till he is in crease. U may only seen dravid's loong stay at crease, u might have forget to see how many batsmen got out when dravid is at other side of crease. No doubt we can give hatsoff to dravid's fighting tendancy,
