Ya and the way he lead from the back and choked the team in the finals, making him the most successful losing finalist captains of all times !!!
And ditto in Tests lead from the back, but still team won due to performance from Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Kumble, Harbhajan or Sehwag and we use to won a test at the start of series and end up losing the final test or series, choking captain !!!

Sameer,i know u dont understand cricket..so am not talking about that....cricket after all is not about winning or losing only..but i wanted to say a few things to u....ur other gurus like sachin " the great tendulkar" has the distinction of being one of india's biggest nonsense captains..though defi it doesnt take away his achievements...ur other fav..rahul..well..guess..atleast sourav took u to the final..he lost u in the first round itself of the world cup..lol...though again he was a fantastic player..no credit can be taken away from him for that...but the actual message is to tell u that..its not ur fault...to have such a one dimensional thought...to only map a character in terms of the achievements....its the fault of your genes..the fact that ur a southie..means u cant think out of the box...problem is u lungis...never realized...ur a disgrace to india..not only cos of ur color or your filthy food...but more than that...cos u guys were never blessed with a brain...u guys had only way of judging a character...black or white...just like ur skintones..which sadly is BLACCCK...n thats y the rest of india dont value u or ur thoughts..we dnt care about aborigines...n next defi not have anything to speak about people who are so undernourished in temrs of nutrients to think properly..my yello thing in the morning..has more potential nutrients for u to think proper...hope u give me the address of urs n ur bretherens..atleast eating that can mk u realize wats leadrship

Amitava, I can see that and infact confirmed that you are hypocrite and a phoney person, who is much worse than the words I have. You do not deserve to be in India, and with a person whose thoughts are disgrace to our country.
May be we are black, may be we have little brains, may be we are undernourished, may be we are not well dressed...I am here to give you details but just go and look at the states with less corruption, with highest revenue contribution to the country, the smartest and successful entrepreneurs of the country, and the greatest leaders of the country.
I do not know what part of India you come from, for I don't distinguish people based on region, color, religion, race etc...Your words speak of your leadership, your words speak how civilized you are, your words speak how educated you are...Ha..just leave it..
Finally I am a fan of Saurav but the fact is out of the five players you mentioned on the top, 3 are from South India...
I have a small suggestion for you to increase you age, just stop criticising others...and think positively...infact it is good for your leadership...I do not know if eating the "Yel**w" thing made you are leader that u are now!!!

Where have all they gone! It is like the professors we all loved to and now we cannot find one - So predictable ! We are more interested in Stupid materialism than talent! .

I TOTALY AGREE WITH YOU PRASOON... DADA ROCKED AND WILL ROCK IN IRRESPECTIVE OF HE ROCKS IN THE SERIES HE WILL KEEP ROCKING IN OUR HEARTS..!!! HE HAS UNDERGONE, WAT NO OTHER PLAYER HAS UNDRGONE... I RESPECT HIM AS AN INDIAN PLAYER AND NO DOUBT CONSIDER HIM AS THE BEST SPORTSPERSON INDIA HAD EVER SEEN...
ironically, saurav a better player for odi version was dropped from odis n selected for tests itself was mismatch selection. that started his doom. although his avg doesnt appear gr8 for tests, he is known for his big hitting in odis.
his fielding was much maligned. after becoming capt, he improved his fielding as well. although he wsnt that agile, merely agility doesnt take u to the playing xi.
even the all time gr8 fielder johnty rhodes who cudnt think of his place in team merely on fielding criteria. even he had to perform with his bat else, there was an axe hanging on him. so if johnty cant b spared, forget abt rainas, kaifs, yuvs selection merely on fielding skills, one cant b in the team merely bcoz they r young or so-called young 'legs.'
