Rahul dravid is the 2'nd best test match batsmen that india has ever seen after sunil gavaskar. He is a great role model for young cricketers, and i hope the youngsters in the present team imbibe the qualities of him. He is determination personified and puts a price on his wicket, people like yuvraj need to do that more often.
Such is the achievement of this great individual that probably justice would be done only when any 'wall' in this world is also referred to as 'Dravid'!

No Max Muller lies please. Dravid is a human who played for India. Let us stop right there...
Dravid's contribution to cricket in India is tremendous amongst the current players in the Indian team; he is also a simple person, with good "sanskars".God bless him and may he and the rest of the team, including the veterans(Ganguly included) do well for the team.
Irrespective of all odds n claims that he plays slow...he matured as a cricketer..his transition from Mr.defensive batsman to Mr.dependable to 'The Wall' is phenomenol..
An unselfish player who has played all roles ( batsmen, wk, captain, bowler) n compromised many things for team...be it to keep the wicket in 2003 worldcup..to open the batting in test in pak n Aus...could have continued as a captian in that case he would have captained ODI too but resigned for Indian cricket welfare...
10, 00 runs in both forms of the cricket is inceredible..deserves a honour for that..but sadly he was not given Khel ratna till now..
