I think Sachin wants to convert this into a good Hotel or Villa for renting. However I don't think it will earn him even simple SB intt on Rs. 35 Crores. Why he has thrown the money?

rate comes to only Rs. 35000 per sq. ft., which is on very much lower side if u compare the property rate of the locality. i am sure there must be some underhand dealing, otherwise it is not possible at this rate.

Why not try keeping your views with yourself in the first place?? did anybody ask you for your views. can you not take other peoples success with a smile??
Naturally for him the 5 million dollar cap on players is a problem. He will work for lifting this cap. He has to work for more endorsements. He has to be brand ambassador for more products. Where the hell he has time to play cricket make his team win?

All a cricketer can give to his team is his commitment. Victories and losses are as per teams strength, not according to individual's strength. As per his commitment, every player or coach who have worked with him have high regards for his commitment. He came back after his father's death in the WC1999 for his team. That says enough.
