yeah your are right, ppl normally just comparethe prices accordingto the manner in which the house is built , but the locality judge the price opf the property and not just the outerlook of the building..

I fail to undertand why some people criticise Sachin for whatever action he takes. He has not earned money from corruption, black marketing, hafta collection or any such back door method. He has earned it purely because of his God given talent. When politicians and industrialists earn multiple crores by illegal means and enjoy it has taken 35 long years for Sachin to have a home! Interesting thing is when it took such long time for Sachin players like Dhoni and Yuvi could have such luxury at the age of 23-24. Let us all wish Sachin a peaceful stay in his new home.

Mr.Peearan,who told you that Sachin doesn't earn from corruption?He was a prime culprit in the match fixing scandal.When he was in Srilanka to play a series,rs 2crores were found in his locker.But nothing was done against him because he is a stooge of Bal Thackeray.
He could not buy an independant house till now because he was spending his money on cars like Ferrari,Benz 360 'C' class and the likes.
For a player of his talent,he should have been scoring atleast 50 runs in each innings that he has played.But he conveniently gets out in twenties or thirties and even when he scored less than 10 runs in most of his innings.You can see his performance chart.He is the only to have have failed in many series and still be selected because he has his godfathers who are stronger than the godfathers other players have.

Did you personally count the cash in sachin's locker?? Why not write scripts for bhojpuri films ...you might also get paid for it?? Do you have any sense left at all??
