When Sachin's usefulness declines, BCCI will treat him as they have done the other Indian icon, Kapil Dev. BCCI has sown the seeds of its own destruction, and very soon, they will face the same story a la Indian Hockey.
It will be interesting to see if the BCCI decides to take any action against veteran batsman Tendulkar for playing in the same team as an ICL player.-PTI
if bcci didn't allow chawla and laxman to join thegame then it means tendulkar played without anybody's knowledge. when there is a law whether it is private or govt and all are obeying then whether it is tendulkar or any body all should abide by the law. there should be enquiry and if found guilty then he should be banned and bcci should give clarification. no individual is bigger than any institution or organization or board.

The question is - had the BCCI issued it's diktat at the time when Sachin played with Mongia for Lashings? If the answer is no, then the BCCI cannot take action against Sachin.

BCCI has made it apoint after the IPL that the counties which have ICL Player will not be allowed to Play in 20-20 world Championship in India .That means the message was very much clear

Counties having ICL players not playing in a championship is one thing. An individual player playing for a county having ICL players is another matter. Had the BCCI clarified on it?
Anyways, the BCCI will not care for what you or I say. They will do whatever suits their monetary interests best.

say it hundred times to the avg cricketing brains and morons who watch it (incl me) they will not understand.. tell me when india looses they stone players homes, why not selectors, why not bcci honchos, why not the sponsors... that itself is proof enough for the body that runs cricket to know that you me and the rest of the idiots who comment her to accept that we are morons and those jackasses who run it know it well..see you in some other article screaming at the top of your voice again..:))
BCCI always represent India and acts such as it is Govt. organisation BUT if we ask through RTI what are its finacials details and where are funds being allocated then surely BCCI will say we are private organistaion not come into ambit of RTI which would eventually show its status.Actually BCCI is cash cow due to which all big wiggies wants to be its chairman etc. irrespective of sports interest
BCCI does not have a moral authority to stop players from playing any match except with countries with whom we do not have any diplomatic relationship.
The Indian ICL players are our own children and they should not be treated as entity of enemy countries.
BCCI should decide he boundry limit for themselves instead of putting limitations on players. Players and not BCCI has made us feel proud.
