No Team Spirit
by Rolex Damien on Jan 07, 2008 10:53 PM  | Hide replies

I would say that the team as well as BCCI is not showing the real team spirit. What the hell they waiting for even after two days? THey should immediately withdraw from the series or announce that they are not ready to play unless the ban is revoked.

Just remember how Inzamam and Ranatunga did when bad umpiring went against their players! They did the right thing in the ground itself. Ranatunga immediately called his members and went off. Why Indians need to be so soft to this Australians? They always get enough sledging from Mcgrath, Lee, Nel etc and nobody is ready to react. Only one Sreeshanth is there to respond to them

Buddy, nobody's asking you to pay up, so pls go back to that socialist paradise that you love so much. There are enough Indians and cricket fans out there who would gladly pay up to see some of our national honour restored. Let us know if yo ualso need some of it, and we would be quite glad to give it to you and your fellow commies!

Wish Dalmiya comes back as president
by indira on Jan 07, 2008 10:50 PM  | Hide replies

Had Dalmiya been the president of BCCI now, he would have gone to Australia to give moral support to the team and wouldn't hesitate to turn every stone to see that justice is done in Bhajji's case. This Pawar is more interested in becoming the president of ICC that he doesn't want to antogonise the ICC. It seems that the Indian team only pressurised him to take immediate action by refusing to leave Sydney. Otherwise this man would have allowed the things to go by and let the team suffer more humiliation. He doesn't have the guts to fight. Dalmiya was always bold and stood by the team in their hours of their crisis, as it happened in South Africa, when Mike Dennes banned 4 or 5 players and he got the ban suspended. I wish he becomes the president of BCCI once again.

Yeah!!! YEAH!! !Whatever.

They all're politician and does what favors them. If we public stay united, no matter who runs BCCI, they will make decision that makes us happy..

United we stand
by Vikas Joshi on Jan 07, 2008 10:42 PM  | Hide replies

Guys for once all of us are commenting as Indians. This is a great feeling, this is what I always said to all that our Indian team is a family, they tour together, they care for each other and they are united. This has been demonstrated by the team. As I said this blog also shows that all us INDIANS THINK AS INDIANS. Let this unity take us higher, faster, and further.

BCCI if they had the balls would pull out in the right issue: bad umpiring.
What has the ban got to do with it?

Solution for the Crisis
by smithan gopi on Jan 07, 2008 10:37 PM

If the ICC is not lifting the ban against Harbhajan,Instead of droping the tour..,we should call back the whole team and send in a Club Team as substitute..B'coz It will not make a difference when the Umpires are also playing the game..with Australia ( Now they really need them to win against India)
We should never drop the tour, only for the game of cricket - we shouldn't allow couple of people to distry the GAME
