Because of you Idiots, India can't win against a good teams. Just because you Idiots can't see beyond single player, and India failed to find 11 good players to form one solid team

'Not dropped because of form

A disappointed Sourav Ganguly speaks exclusively to TIMES NOW Editor-In-Chief Arnab Goswami on his ODI omission, says it wasn't because of his batting.

Former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly has had a dream comeback to internatioanl cricket but just when he was in top form, Ganguly was dropped from the ODI squad. Sourav Ganguly opens his heart out to TIMES NOW Editor-In-Chief Arnab Goswami, on his disappointment at being left out from the ODIs.

Arnab: Why aren't you playing against Australia?
Sourav: I think, the selectors will have a better idea. But all I can say, it's not on the basis of form, which is in my control. I can only get the runs, the rest is not in my hands.

Arnab: What was your reaction when you heard you were dropped?
Sourav: I was a bit surprised because I didn't expect it. As in both forms of the game whether it be in Test or One-day, I scored nearly 2500 runs in one year. I was a bit surprised but that's the way it is.

Arnab: What did you tell them?
Sourav: They just asked me whether I wanted to continue playing One-day cricket. I said, 'Yes, at least for the next 7-8 months'. Since there's not much of One-day cricket in this year, and the rest of the year is full of Test cricket. So I wanted to play till September (2008), and then

Austrialn players like to spend time with their families by taking early retirement while indian players like to spend time with their grand sons by taking late retirement.

Read his interview on the hindu newspaper online. He said he was anything thinking of retiring from one dayers in 7-8 months. Ganguly has not announced his retirement.

Foolish news.

it is a big loss to india and shame on BCCI that a very smart, intelligent cricketer ganguly forced to retire.I wish he be made a coach of indian team in the near future.he got the finest cricketing brains in the world.Atleast BCCI shoudl consider this instead of chasing useless coaches like greg and mr.escapist gary.this way they can reduce some sort of humiliation they done to dada.his cricketing smartness should not be wasted.high time BCCI should focus on this seriously.he got cricketing brain which is definitely better than that idiotic veng and few other mumbaikars who occupied key positions in bcci without doing gud for indian cricket.DAda fans miss u a lot if this retirement announcement is true.
