yet another chance for yuvi? absolute nonsense.y cannot the team management give a chance to kaif? this decision is worse than Sydney umpiring.if he makes a century (he may score becoz this is indian track and it looks like Chennai test part II=Ahmedabad test),people will say he is back to form.nothing more comical than this.

Pathan will be best to fill 10dulkar as he can bat better than kaif also he is the frontline bowler. As you said Yuvi wont be a correct choice for this

inclusion of kaif in place of sachin tendulkar is a good movement. Kaif is a good fielder too.

inclusion of kaif in test team nothing noway going to help indian team. rather include Pathan who can bat and bowl well much better than Kaif. Kaif only can field. You can see from average it is 30 in test which is far better than kaif

When he (Rohit) can't be consistent in ODI's, than why do you think he will be consistent in tests. He has the talent but not the experience needed for test cricket. Not yet anyway. He needs to prove his worth in first class cricket first.

Do you remember what happened last time Pathan opened? That's right he made a duck. He is a good batter but not good enough to handle the likes of Ntini and Styn on a slightly green pitch with a new ball. I think he should play but in the lower order.

I agree although we should definitely include sree in the 11 and ishant in place of RP if fit. RP is not yet fully match fit. It was quite evident in the last match with his wayward performance.

Come Guys do you think you can beat South Africa in probably one more flat batting track in Ahmedabad with four bowlers. I just added a bowler instead of a batsman. I do agree Jaffer makes big score on flat track but who is going to take 20 wickets in the same flat track. Chawla is really a underrated player in international level. In his first tours (all outside India) he and ishanth are the leading wicket taker and also he will be in Top 3 run getters of all the series. check his record in First class. He is just not getting any chances to perform. Also if you go with the same tested team to the 2nd test except Draw you won't get anything.
