Bhajji has very little to offer now. He was good and has served the country very well but now he is a liability. His unwillingness to bowl in the last over of 20-20 final speaks volume about confidence he has in himself and the captain should have in him.
I respect him for his contribution and wish him a good and happy life.
He should play as long he is in a position to contribute substantially and take retirement at an appropriate moment with grace.

After Bowl Out Dhoni and Co. never looked back, but after winning the Trophy, they have been looking back, and back only. They have to take care this does not become a habit, which it will definitely become, if we do not have more victories to savour. After winning the WC'83, The Indian Team was thrashed 6-0 by West Indies in our own backyard. We would do well to remember it, and refrain from looking back to T20 triumph.
