I feel its high time we gave Yuvraj a permanent slot in test cricket. He is a brilliant batsman without doubt and does deserve a chance. Playing him in test will be a forward looking move. If it comes down to a toss off between Yuvraj and Ganguly, Yuvraj should get the node, coz we need players who can settle down in the team and by the time the big guns Dravid and Sachin are out, can provide the experience to take the team forward. If he is kept out of the side like he has been, a time will come when suddenly we will feel a vaccum when the big trio call it a day, and we will not have a single establisehed player to bank upon. Yuvi is a responsible player now and understands his importance in the team. I would rather bank upon him.
Yuvi has been making noise about this issue for quite sometime. There is space for only four in the middle order. Dravid, Tendulkar and Laxman are certainity in the middle. hence the choice is between Ganguly and Yuvraj. Dravid always wanted Yuvraj in Test team but it was not easy for him. Ganguly was left out of Bangladesh tour and hence Yuvi got a chance. However, Yuvi had to sit out in England. Yuvi briefly got a chance when Ganguly was dropped due to poor performance. One possibility is for Yuvraj to consider opening in Test matches.

he is a real match winner.i feel that he is very mature guy now.he really deserves test spot.he always accepts his weaknesses and always feels that he can improve.he has scored two test centuries and both were on green top wickets in a low scoring matches.he has not plyed single test since last 18 months.still people says heis not good at tests.if you do not give chance then how can you perform.
