Adithya, why didnt you include the mottu ramesh powar in the team? How about mr.inconsistent agarkar?

becaz they r not performing well.and i think ab unke kabhi lena bhi nahi chchiye
If India wants to develop youngsters, make them play high quality bowling.For eg: Pick Rohit Sharma instead of Uthappa and tell him that he will bat at no.3 position always, that way he can face high quality bowling.We should Rohit Sharma a long run in the team.If he performs well, then after him playing 30 odi's slowly include him in test matches at the same position i.e No 3.This way we can groom youngsters for the future.Coming in at No.3 will give him time and balls to play his natural game and he can show his ability too.If he plays at No.6 or 7 he won't develop as a batsman.

and Aus will score 250 in 20 overs or if they bat first would score 500 when do we learn, all the international team sports are best driven by committed youngsters
It is good that the team with seniors is asked to deliver against the Aussies.If they don't we know their quality.If seniors cannot deliver in India against the Aussies,they are replaceable.So let us get to the bottom of the barrel and pick out the senior dregs.The team lost without character at Vadodara and this is shameful.
with more T20 matches in the anvil, India should develop 3 specialist teams(there could be some guy playing 2 of those formats), then we'll have enough bench-strength to choose from. They could then hone their skills specific to their particular format.
Those shining in Ranji should go to Test, those performing in the ODI format should go to the ODI team and the ones playing well in the T20 format, should represent India in T20.
There is a little bit of changes that selctors needed to make. The off form batsman a bowler should be rested for a while and some one in form players should fill in. Selectors are over exposing some of out off form players and then they will throw them away as Sehwag for long long time. That is not good.
