that is only news left in article, take care of this from time onwards, thanks.
These Indian buggers should learn from Shoaib, Dhoni got but he was not deserving for, so he will do all this Chhishorapan, Ganguly and Sachin at least not expected to do this, watching movie is not bad, but after loosing match he is saying these things, than definitely not playing for country, he is playing for money and publicity. SHAME ON HIM.

I feel you should shame on yourself who takes out such thing from every normal things. Don't do so, let the cricketers also enjoy being human beings. A loss or a win should not immediately question about the the love of our cricketers for the country.

This is exactly what the idiot-reporter wants us to think. If you want to compare 2 people or 2 teams, you need to consider a broad spectrum before concluding. If you consider 1 day then Zaheer could be a better batsman that Tendulkar and Dhoni can be a better bowler than Harbajan.
I hope the readers are more mature than this reporter.
I dont know what the idiot reporter is implying here...
Fora normal person who understands English the way it is used normally in most parts of the world, saying "Indian team watched a movie WHILE Akhtar visited an orphanage" (key word WHILE) obviously means that somehow Indian cricketers dont care while Akhtar is a humanitarian.
I dont know for how long Rediff will carry these idiot-"reporters". I have seen _many_ people who write comments here to be much more mature and competant than these idiot-reporters.

"WHILE" means "meantime" here - It is a perfectly valid statement! Lets say, "However" or "But" was used that you might say what you are trying to imply! Cheers!

You are right Ramesh, if "however" or "but" was used it would leave no doubts.
Maybe the intention of the reporter was to convey 2 sentences, with no comparison with each other but if you join 2 seemingly contrasting pieces of information with a "while" (or even "meantime"), there is an implied comparison and a conclusion.
So either the reporter wants to make a snide remark OR he wants to make a snide remark while acting innocent OR he is just plain stupid and doesnt know the proper usage of English.
