bcci KNOWS best
by adi narayan on May 08, 2007 01:48 PM

hardly 10 days after world cup, the india bangladesh series is to begin. mean, where is the rest for players- if the had WON? wouldnt the players wanted some rest? so BCCI knew that we would lose and hence has kept it .

Suits the cricket community in the subcontinent right! With lesser tickets sold and less of importance,I guess their advertising revenues should also fall pit bottom. Then they can concentrate on the game.Cricket needs ignorance, and it will hit the under-performers and buck hungry players where it hurts the most!

After the World cup, people all over the world have come to know that only Australians play for their country, and the rest for money.

cricket lacks competition. thats why its bread-butter for australia. until strong sporting nations like china, russia, america, japan... dont take interest in cricket, australia will b having its monopoly in cricket.

actually, australia shud ban cricket. so that weak sporting countries like sri-lanka will get chance to bcome world champ in at least one sport. lol

if the india wins againest Bangla then it would be a Miracle, all seniour players can hang their boots by treating this would be the big opportunity in their life, before they booted out from the team, and indian team can treat and relieve their Biggest win ever after 1983 world cup

Time to promote some other Games.
by Prashant Ramateerth on May 08, 2007 01:17 PM  | Hide replies

people of india are fed up with indian cricket teams performance, so it's hardly matters to anyone if they play or win or lose any games. It is better to promote some other games rather than cricket.

Indian Team cricketers day schedule
by Satya Mosur on May 08, 2007 12:59 PM  | Hide replies

Forenoon: Wake up, rush to shoot for a commercial.
Mid-day: Press persons are here...so pose with a bat, pads, gloves as if practising for oncoming series. Perhaps act up by lying on the ground pretending to be injured while practising "hard".
Evening: Rush for second commercial shooting.
Late Evening: Debate over BCCI's contract.
Night: PARTY TIME !!! Take respective girlfriends and dance the hell out in the club...

The day ends - Did you see any serious cricket from them ?

People like to watch game where there are wins. Who will watch football. India will lose to any shit country in that game. We follow cricket because we are competent there. Or atleast used to be. Another good series and healthy discussions will start.

You guys sound nothing but frustrated right now.
