No one in Indian Cricket board or in any sport for that matter in India is really worried about quality of game and the winning %age of our team in India or abroad. In India it is the accountability that is missing. Most of the times Only players are punished. KPS Gill continue to head Indian Hockey even when standard and result of our hockey is a big Zero. People like Suresh Kalamandi and other politicians have hijacked indian sport bodies and are clinged to top posotion rather shamelessly. Same is the case in cricket.Politicains are heading almost all cricketing associations. Whatever Dravid may say nothing is going to improve unless we change entire set up which is very unlikely. Our sports will run much like our politics and governments.
So that our indian players can make a new world record Hitting 500 Runs VS the Strong team in the world BERMUDAAA ... Come on indian players...Cheers...
Record 1: India will hit 500Runs.the first team in the Cricket hitting 500Runs in a one day cricket..
Record 2: Shewag will hit above 200Runs in 44 balls..fastest double century and the first person in Cricket will reach the above 200Run in One day cricket... Still more records will be invited from U guys ??? welcome ur comments...

We have no shame to absorb ourown wastes. So let the circus tent politititions secure their lively hood selling our pride.
I've seen many messages that don't stick to the issues which r being discussed.
To have a meaningful discussion it is always better to stick to the topic at hand, i.e. "Should Indian cricket go for a fixed period of playing in the country every year".
Most of the people comment on it only, but then things get out of hand once you start commenting on irrelevant posts & comments, so in my humble opinion - it would be best if such messages should be ignored & if abusive then reported & finally removed.
As far as playing in the country itself is concerned - it is a good idea, if could be used to bulid the missing basic infrastructure for sports. And why not go for matches between long forgotten India(main), India - A & India - B teams for entertainment, practice & selction of final squads from their outcome.
Dravid, what are you talking? You have just started a new season after a long break. Are you fearful that the worst performance by our team is yet to come? If you raise this topic in the months of November or December, it's ok but not at the start of the season. You better step down if you can not lead. If you continue, I am sure, you are going to lose your brain and talk more rubbish.

Many countries have summer at the same time e.g. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, England, West Indies etc. as all of them are in northern hemisphere. If everybody plays at home all the summer, these countries will never be playing with one another. Same goes for Australia, South Africa, New Zealand. Dravid should stop cribbing and score a few runs.

Can anyone tell me why Ganguly should be included in the 2nd test while a batsman of Yuvaraj's class is warming the bench? Am i missing something here?

You are right. Hanguly shouldnot be in any playing 11 at all. Yuvraj should be given chance..
