Now Team India is heading for the cricket world cup in West Indies, It seems India have great chance to win world Cup again after 1983. In 2003 Indian cricket team was thrashed out in final againest AUS was really painful. This time also team will heavylly depend on Rahul and Sachin. Sachin was Man of the tournament in last WC and also leading Run scorer in 1996 and 2003 WC.Dravid is a player whose batting AVG.outside subcontinent is wonderful can do miracle in West Indies pitches too.Comeback man Gangulys aggression is also key in WC. For All of these three, this is final opportunity and in Near Future also We havent see such talent right now.So capitalize this opportunity and apply your full potential . Come on INDIAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

Thanks, As u r very optimistic. anyway there is a problem... We've got Struggling Batsman (Struggling with there injuries), We have got more than 1/2 dozen bowlers.. None in Good Form. And Fielders!, Just Only One Injured Yuvaraj (Kaif & Raina cannot stop the ball from india.). And Also we've Most Awaited.. One Hard hitter....who hardly hits ball (These months.). Anyway...HAPPY JOURNEY TO INDIAN TEAM.

India will host the World cup in 2011 and we will surely win that one! That World cup will be the last for Tendulkar, Dravid and Ganguly, not this one.

None of the 3 will play 2011 World Cup. You bet on that Dear! Before end of 2009, all 3 will be gone.
If Irfan Pathan is still not fit, why he was selected for World Cup Squad? Is he going to have batting practice in West Indies or is he going for picnic trip to West Indies? Selectors drop him and pick Kaif

Kaif was the top scorer in the series when India last went to West Indies. Do u know that, Mr Sai. He is the match winner for many of India's win in the past

sir, kaif is having an experience of 125 ODIs and he averages a decent 32 and keeping in mind his overseas record and performances in the west indies, dont u think we may be losing out a good prospect for the world cup not to mention his fielding capabilities...
Indian Captain don't have courage to say we drop player for non performance. I don't understand Y I Pathan has been selected for Sri Lanka Tour if he is not fit. Let him be rested for the WC.
The captain should say frankly that they are dropped due to non performance.

Did u understand what he wanted to convey !! Then pls dont comment on others linguistic capabilities.
Dear friends!! i think the selecters has done a blunder by picking up to ingured players(yuvi and irfan). We all know "langade Ghodon se race kabhi nahi jiti jati hai." We are all talking about Sehwag but i am not against him because "auron ne bhi koi bahut bada teer nahi mara hai." but atleast he is absolutely fit to play but imagin if Yuvi and Pathan couldn't recoverd on time our world cup dream will end before starting because indian team will be left with only 13 fit players.
Saurav is a great player and has shown wondeful spirit in making it back to the team after being virtually written off. Also he showed that he needs a big stage to really perform. Excellent really. But remember that he blotted his copybook as captain when he virtually ran away from the Nagpur test against Australia. Also his last series as captain showed he was losing his touch as a batsman. He is doing better as a player and that's marvellous. Let him be! Anything can happen in the future and maybe Dada will become the skipper. In the present moment however, Dravid is the Indian captain. Read my lips DRAVID IS THE INDIAN CAPTAIN. Support him even if he is not from Bengal! The selection is over and the team has been selected. Support the team. Your dream team will not play the world cup. This team will. Can we stop discussing this endlessly? And also allow for the faint possibility that Dilip Vengsarkar and his team of selectors actually know more about cricket than we do! Ditto Chappel and Dravid!
Oh yes need I mention that the Indian team is playing the World Cup. Whether they win or lose, that does not change. Cheer them, celebrate their successes and do not cry too much when they fail because they do their best and I am sure they are aware of the expectations of the Indian public.

i think u r right!! but mate why do u forget the instence of third test when Dravid picked injured Munaf Patel insted of any fit player & we lost the glorious chance of beating South Africa in South Africa in test series. Don't u think we have done that mistake again(Yuvi & Irfan). don't u think v have lost the chance of wining the world cup before it starts!!!

How can you say that??? Just remember he kept wickets for long only in the interest of the team. Pl dont go after emotions.think b4 you write.
I think our U-19 team is a better one than the main team selected for WC. U-19 boys are fresh, fearless, fit. Certainly they would do better job than our so called greats cricketers!

:O , is it a suggestion or comment? Is the team so frustrating? Accepting Sehwag and Irfan should have been made to buy their place in the team, its not really that bad too! Some of our U-19 talents were tried and tested, the flavor didn't suit, Raina is one example! Do you want 11 of those play for your country in an international event?
