I am astonished,What a words from Dravid's mouth!!! I think he got disturbed by these comments. Desai wants publicity, nothing more than that. This is not Dravid, Ganguly or Tendulkar.., its Indian Team which has 11 talented players. Indian team is doing right now, don't panic about these comments.
We do not need a report of Desai to decide who is to be blamed for India's loss. It is the captain's call on who figures in the final eleven. Hence Dravid took a decision which backfired. It would have worked the other way too. That is what the game is all about. So why is the manager trying to appropriate the responsilbility for the loss ? Has he also mentioned in the report that Dravid was also responsible for the 1st test win ?
Dravid , please accept the responsibility of the defeat in South Africa. I do not understand after consequitive non-performance why you forced to keep Shebag. I dont see anything wrong in Desai's report. He was perfectly alright , he gave aam indian;s view.
You are a good player and also captain. You are praised by cricket giants like Sunil Gavaskar, Tendulkar and so on. Please ignore such things. You are a good human being also.
Mr Dravid,-present team is not bad but yr captainship is defenitely a problem for the future,the west south policy greig chappel sharad power,-God knows the future of Indian cricket.But when Mr Power will become the chief of ICC , may be that time we will do good,because he knows how to bring the success.
the lineup should b lik this 1.Sehwag 2.Sachin 3.Dhoni 4.Dravid 5.Ganguly 6.yuvraj 7.Kaif 8.Irfan Pathan 9.Harbhajan Singh/Anil kumble(1 can do the job with sachin sehwag,yuvraj n ganguly too can boy with the golden arms:) 10.Ajeet Agarkar 11 Zaheer Khan 12.Munaf Patel 13 kumble/bhajji who ever from slot no 9 14.ShreeSanth 15.Uthapa/Suresh raina(Competetion between them should b there then u can expect a better performance and it gives a mesage thattheres a lot of competetion 2 bcom a part in indian cricket team. Uthapa can be tried after the world cup also,theres a lot series and matches india will play.World cup is not the correct time for testing uthapa over any experienced player

i think Dinesh Kartik will be better option than suresh raina in middil order.he performed well in SA he is good fielder too.

Chetan Desai report must have some iota of truth because what has happened on the field with reg to Sewag and the no of chances given to him I think no cricketer would have got till date and the type of rash strokes he has played when he needed to be cautious for which he should be rested and remember bigger cricketers were removed from the team for such false strokes eg;Kapil Dev during the 90's.So beware Sewag YOUR END IS NEAR
