ICC needs to grow up. its not the robots who go out in the field and play cricket. they gotta understand that its after all humans and they got emotions. everybody has pressure.
Dear Sanjay Your display of passing the blame on someone you hate typifies the personality of the Indian diaspora. Yuvraj Singh is in the team as a batsman, supposedly. If Sourav Ganguly has to babysit him, then I suppose he should open the innings and shepherd the entire lot - right ? Why doesn't someone in the Indian team put up his hand and play with his heart and dignity on his sleeve, a la the Australians ? When will Indians stop blaming others and accept the fact that they are extremely overrated as a team ?
I HAVE 100% CONFIDENT THE TEAM INDIA WILL WIN THIS TEST. B'COZ I HV SEEN CRICKET LAST 10 YEAR CONTINEOUSLY. BUT THIS WIN DIPENDUPON YUVI...YUVI...PANJABI PANJABI..HE
Showing dissent in cricket has to be properly defined . It is a general human tendency to show disappointment .Yuvi also did the same thing .He also did not argue with the umpire. Hence, he should not be mistaken for showing dissent. Don't worry yuvi there is always a second innings.
It is the media (the like of rediff.com) that projects players (that they are) like stars (that they aren't). A simple example is this report ... there is no need whatsoever to qualify 'Yuvraj Singh' as 'star'. Hello ... this is supposed to be a 'report' not an 'opinion'! Simple rules of journalism these...

Right now media is all about biased reporting and not just stating facts. Rediff leads the bunch with Cricketers made larger than life stars on Paper and the IT boom constantly reported on while the Problems in Kashmir(or North east), poverty, corruption and Naxalites all ignored.
Journos, being in denial or hiding away from problems do not make it go away. Grow up and face reality however stark it may be(eg. stop harping on the 2001 historic win)
Surprising that Yuvraj is called for hearing just because he stood there for a few seconds and then while walking he shaked his head in disbelief? What about Bret Lee who repeatedly showed his disapproval when his appeals were rejected.

abe saalon, batsman standing after decision being given out is different from bowler appeal being rejected. Bowler can appeal many times but a batsman is out means he doesn't have to stay in the crease even for a moment. Stop playing with racial abuse etc.
Like most Indian batsmen Yuvraj had to find a way to put blame on someone else. That is why he showed dissent after his dismissal. It is not fair to take action against him.
