Yes amarnath is right. the board should have the minimum courtesy to inform him. We Indians are still bootlicking the White Skin, We have chosen a foreigner as a coach ahead of an indian We have chosen a Foreigner lady to head the nation without any accountability. We chose to bring FDI in every part of our lives. we need the freedom from this foreign gulami. abhay
i think mohinder amarnath is getting it all wrong for the foll reasons-1 had he been selected would he have blamed the presentation method.the answer is no.which means there was something wrong in his presentn.and not the selection process 2.chappel was in contention for a long time unlike amarnath who showed interest at the eleventh hour.i think chappels comment is more solid. 3.a lot of players supported chappel which is more important which was missing for all the contenders with the exception of moody. i think amarnath should bid next time if he is serious about coaching the indian team pankaj
It is ridiculous on his part to raise this question now. He could have done it long back (before interviews), if at all he wanted to do so. just because he could not manage to get the job, he is making fuss !!
Lets leave the coach selection procedure and concentrate on the future. The added advantage of a foreign coach is that the team would be free of regional politics.
It is in poor taste for Amarnath to comment on the process of the selection of the Coach. If he was not happy with it he should have opted out before the process began. It is for the panel to decide what procedure they would like to follow in the selection process. Having been overlooked by the panel, it is rather shoddy for him to comment in this manner. Come on Jimmy, this is not you? You have stood up to the fastest and fiercest fast bowlers with grit and determination while on the field of play and easily ranked as the bestIndian batsmen to cope with fast bowling both at home and away. Take itin your stride and get along with your life rather than mope over what has happened.
