as a first move non performing players like sachin tendulkar, saurav ganguly and a few more oldies need to be removed with disgrace if they do not voluntarily retire.
thre cannot be any excuse for india's shocking and shameful defeat at bangalore.

It is utter humiliation to all of us Indians the way the team played at Bangalore. There is lack of leadership in the team. What we need is a positive, good decision making Captain. Saurav Ganguly has failed miserably to lead the team from the front. He needs to be shown the door and it has to happen now and not later. Professional attitude demands that corrective and preventive action be taken when the mistakes are found. Due to incorrect decision making by Saurav in the first test, the team had to be content with a draw. In Bangalore test again, the entire Nation witnessed how cowardly the Captain played. Such negative postures by the Captain of the team is bound to have a negative effect on the rest of the team. Saurav must be sacked from the team and Rahul Dravid should take over the reigns.
How many times you and media are going to tell the people about Sachins 10,000 runs The fact is Sachin is slowly becoming a lion without any tooth. The fact is he is not a TEST Match winner. And the fat is he WAS a ODI winner. Its time for BCCI to do ACB has done to Steve, Mark Waugh and many others. Sa abig thank you to them, leave them alone and move on. If Aussies had selected Steve as a member of 2003 WC they would most have not got it. We Indians do not dump the qualified players at right time. Remember we dumped Pathetic Patel only after we lost so many times. Same is going to happen with Ganguly/ Laxman/ Sachin. Etc. India needs to send all 3 of them back to domestic cricket just for the benefit of the youngsters. They are done with their International career.
Ganguly cannot be better than his best again. Sachin cannot be more aggressive as he used to be in early days. And Lax man cannot repeat the magic 281 again.
These guys are history and if BCCI sticks to them then Indian cricket does not have any future. Ganguly reminds Kapils last days.
The expectation of getting a magical innings from sachin has remained just that expectations. Not to take anything away from the indian team but sachin of late hasnt really put in much efforts to even bat a decent innings... you know making about 50 runs is not a very big deal... forget about bludgeoning the attack its sort of impossible to think that MR sachin ramesh tendulkar even poses a threat to any other bowler anymore.... He was a good batsmen. He used to attack bowlers. He used to give a damn. I guess its time we welcomed sachin back to the earth and amongst normal mortals and treat him the same as we do with the other normal mortals. Sachin has not and cannot take the attach to the opposition ever....Try out a team without sachin we wont be any worse off. All thats magical about sachin is his inability to get dropped because of a bad performance. Thats what is magical.
