Performence of India

india team make them laugh in front of whole country.

they still not decided about their opening partnership. actuaaly the pboblem is that team has a lot of politics inside and they put unfit player in the team.

india team is lack of professionnalism and if they could not win in India then how they will win in Australia.

they also shows that Indian batsmen are still not comfortable in front of the fast bowlers.

Pathetic Condition / Give them rest....
by vijayganjoo on Oct 27, 2004 09:50 PM

Virender Sehwag, Laxman and Chopra do not deserve to be in the team. We have a misfortune in India...if a player scores a centure in one test and if after that he does not perform in the next 50 tests...he will continue in the team....while as if a newcomer fails, he will not see the 2nd days light....

I think if Parthiv Patel has not been able to do it properly with Gloves, at least he has performed with the Willow...why don't the people see this....Our top order has shamefully failed....Virender Sehwag was lucky to get that 151....but had he not been dropped twice...where would have been we people God Known...

It is a shame for the so called best batting order in the world to fail in such a way at the home soil...shame....shame...shame on such jokers....of indian cricket...

Pathetic India

So where are the detractors of Sourav Ganguly ?
To some people it seems that removal of Sourav and making Dravid the captain is the only solution.
What will they now say about the pathetic display of Dravid, who is back to his old form as a "Strokeless Wonder".
When a team is 0-1 down, do you play so defensively ?
Idiotic display by Sachin and Dravid has helped India to playu into Austalia's hands. This amply proves that Dravid is not a captaincy material.

it's so disgusting to see indians struggling so badly in front of the aussie pace attack.why do they fail to deliver the goods all the time and we forgive them almost immediately for the losses.CRICKET being the OBCESSION in India ,we are made to see disasters every now and then.it's hard to believe that why are indiands ranked so highly on the books.their records should be torn away and all BIGWIGS should be sacked if they do not give their places to the young guns.we as indians are made to put our faces in shame.why the board doesn't realize that these cricketers are only a label endorsement icons just to fool around with the emotions of the indians.the board should really take strict actions against dravid, gangully, vvs, parthiv......all of them.shame on them

I don't know when we are going to learn lessons from Australians. Their key to current success is the pace of run scoring. They scored 362 run on a day. They don't wait for the fifth day to finish the game like what we did in Chennai and we all know the result. Bringing Tendulkar back into the team was a mistake as he is not fully recovered and if he gets hurt again then he would be out for longer period.

This Indian Team Deserves to LOSE!!!!
by Sivakumar PR on Oct 27, 2004 08:51 PM

I am not one of those cricket devotee who gets excited when India wins and utterly devastated when they lose. Its just that this team has been so pathetic. They cant score in a bland Bangalore pitch, neither can they bat on the sporting Nagpur track. And we have our great wicket keeper who doesn't know how to grab the ball, let alone catch one. Our famous batting line up plays better cricket in their ads rather than in the actual game. Its time that we shed our cricket mania and get into real world!!!!

India should stop playing cricket completely. its a shame on the team. the way they have been playing not only proves the fact that they are all content to get a place in the team but also the fact that they think the place is of no value. The Austrailians are ofcourse a far better team.

According to me, any players who don't get double figures should not be given a chance to play for the next 5 matches. or maybe 10. but there should be some kinda rule. its too late somebody take some harsh decision on these big losers.

Bye, Bye Sachin
by Kumar on Oct 27, 2004 08:21 PM

Do not mistake me. I am a great admirer of Sachin's batting style. But it is time to retire. This innings have proved it beyond doubt. Somehow, all the hype surrounding his injury, and all the encomiums showered by the rivals all seems to be empty and sometimes deliberate mockery. The statistics seems to be so unreal and his great performances, if there were, such distant memory!. Sachin may be trying real hard but it does not come through. His body language does not reveal any real commitment or determination to see through. He seems to be just interested in 'living through' this phase.

Saying that is only 31 does not wash, he has the spirit and energy of a 50! He has served his motherland well for the past 15 yrs.

Somehow, however sad this may be to admit, I dont feel like buying the products he advocates. The feeling is that he should be doing more on the field than on the Television. Sadly, his moral authority on TV ads has declined lamentably. I dont know what confidence the companies using him for their products still have in him.

Hopefully, he will retire before he is dropped. I hope that Indians will not be left clamouring for it.

Kind Regards, Kumar

Just a match
by sasriniv on Oct 27, 2004 07:59 PM

While its very easy to point out laxmans,
dravids and parthivs, we Indians just need to understand that one good innings would change the entire scenario.

Obviously people would complain about inconsistency and no technical professionalism shown on the field but thats where the thrill and entertainment of Indians lies in. Just think of matches where Sehwags / Laxmans / Tendulkars bat does the talking.

Just forget and enjoy the cricket. No use in cribbing about , they are not utilizing experts, they are not trying different things etc. How many of us are doing such things in real life. No hypocracy uh.
