Ganguly is an obstinate capt who plays with a cross bat and has won as many tests as Umrigar has played in his whole life and scored as many runs as Umrigar may have dreamt of.So PETTY players like Umrigar should abstain from commenting about such GREATS as GANGULY.Such comments shows how parochial these old guys were and where exactly was the difference with them and the current Indian side.

They cant see any good in someone unless he relates to him. I bet has Ganguly been a mumbaikar Umrigar would have said other things.But one moot question - are these persons compitent enough to criticise Ganguly. Their combined total of runs and centuries do not even add up to half of Ganguly's total runs.One can listen only when a Don Bradman or a Sunil Gavaskar or a Viv Richards speaks on these subjects.But some Polly Umrigar, out of times with modern cricket, is not worth interviewing, for they are bound to come up with such parochial and vested designs. So is the case with Bedi.Today he gives advise about body fitness.What a joke.
