India is the World's 3 rd largest producer of coal. Coal provides most of the energy needed to power the economy, but just see the state of mismanagement.
Gr8 Match and excellent performance. Now start preparing to compete with world's best teams. Indian Football players, this is just a beginning. Long way ahead. But I am sure Indian Football Team has the ability to do it. Well done coach Bob Hougton, you have shown gr8 mentoring skills. The excitment Football game can show in 90 minutes is unbeatable. All the best once again and start practising for next tournament.

Country ranked 151 beat another ranked 121. so the big celebration. waw!! how many remaining countries play football? may be we are number one from the bottom.
There was specific instructions to bring the teams whom India can defeat. Can you imagine? Do not play with a country, you have slightest fear to be defeated. And then you win the so called trophy and the media starts jumping. Same thing happened when East Bengal team won the ASIAN cup which was pretended as winning in Asia where as all the teams inviolved were from 2nd class fottbal playing nations.. No wonder we also celebrate when Bhutia sits in the reserve bench of a 2nd Division UK soccer team.

why do you always have to undermine Indian victories? India is not a great football playing nation. It can't suddenly start winning against teams below 100 in ranking. This Syrian team is well ahead in FIFA ranking compared to India and although they say that good players are missing from this side, the truth is they are playing with all their good players. Would you rank the Brazil team that won this copa america as their second best side as they were without KAKA and Ronaldinho? When you are playing against a national team, its always their first eleven you are playing against. East Bengals ASEAN (and not ASIAN, you should read more on football) cup victory was equally significant.
congrts guys. a gr8 achievement .a gr8 monet for indian football.there r lots lots sponsor in cricket .cricketers r engrossed in numerous adds. hope after this media ,add agency will focus on football players for the uplift of the game cricketers get 1 lakh per match .whether they loose or win...most of the time they play rubbish .the football team is going to get 55 lakh for the win ..more more money should be invested for the prosperity of the football
love you guys so much for this win. i hope this win finally gives indian football the importance that it deserves. the boys have proved it that its time for indian football to come up now. cheeerssssssss indian timeee if the indian football team needs money ill shall happly contribute money towards itttttt if not the big companies. proud of you guys
Fellows, syria rank 110 only. So not a great achievement. Let them beat brazil, arg, italy etc. By comparison, Team India, beat England rank no3, in test series. WIth great players like Dada,sachin,yuvi,agarkar... So tell me, Kiska achievement is greater? Any hope for Indian football??So i say,HOOHAAAA INDIA..AAYYAA TEAM INDIA!

Football is played by 200 countries while cricket by just 10. SO as per your logic, beating no-3 team (england) means beating no-60 team in football.
Get your maths correct (might be impossible for you)

lets not measure up the football team with the cricket team...it'll be unfair...let them come on their own...as a magnificant team and a great game for india to shine..
These men scored runs against australia,nz,SA which are 1,2,3 rank in cricket. But foorballers beat only 110 rank teams like kazakh,syria,korea..SO cricketers deserve all our love and respect

U ve ur senses alive!!!! I doubt... instead of praising the team for a good start atlast in the global arena, u r blindly bringing in a comparision between football & cricket. grow up kid.. U know people like u actually have spoiled today's Indian cricketers. Learn to praise than talking nonsense about other's achievements.

You are a sadist Mr. Sandeep. Why did you watch football then? Don't be a cry baby and support the Indian soccer team which deserved every praise. Your favourite cricketers fool you by taking your money in their fat salary cheques and you build a dream which they quiet often shatter like a pack of cards. Grow up mate!
