Rules should be stern and swift action by court only will solve and the constitution should be amended to today's world.

Is there any proof which can stand in the court for allegation that Police tried to strangulate the activist? Why proof is not required for this statement or allegation?

You are talking in such a way as if you have influenced/fixed the judgement in your favour. Gentleman it all is due to slackness on the part of Police who have not done their homework properly before attending the courts. You are also laughing on the indian judixiery system.
