Re: Judgement

keeping silent for the requisite, open wide for the irrelevant and blaming the past are not really good in an administration.
Instead of competing AAP on development front.. BJP under the leadership of Chaiwala tried its best to stall AAP work...How can a man with such mentality take country along?
This is a great judgement upholding democracy. The Centre hope it learns its lesson that through their henchmen in the garb of Governors don't interfere in democratically elected governments. Hope Kiran Bedi is also watching these developments. Those who try to be fair are immediately removed. So if you want a plush Governor post you obey the diktat of the Centre. Now this judgement will go a long way in establishing the democratic principles. Jai Hind

The SC has powers to check people who want to have extra constitutional right to operate duly elected governments through remote control (read LG).

It is also imperative to Keghriwal to follow certan norms without issuing ugly statements on Center or LG.He should behave in his limits and co operate with LG in a democratic way ,instead of demanding or confrontation who is big etc.Similarly LG also give his due importance to CM in running the government. One question to SC is who had to decide the limit for ,'obstructionist'.?

BEDI IS A USELESS, DUMMY PIECE IN PONDICHERRY, WASTING PUBLIC MONEY
Everyone knew that Delhi's LG is doing BJP's bidding.
Everyone knew that LG was obstructing the working of a duly elected government.
Everyone knew that the judgement will come in Delhi government's favour (as long as SC in India is independent).
Still Delhi's LG (read BJP) allowed the situation to come to this pass, despite what the central government's stalwart liars (oops, I meant Lawyers) could have advised to the LG, just shows the scant respect that BJP has for democratic traditions.

Anarchism can be set right by voter but what about absolutism of LG ( Tyranny of the unelected as said by Jaitely )
