This is a land mark judgement & a huge relief to democratically elected Delhi Govt. The apex court has administered the LG / centre Govt. a well deserved rebuff. Judgement prominently pronounced that LG can`t act as obstructionist. Hope now better sense shall prevail & LG shall act on the aid & advice of the elected Govt for the overall benefit of the Delhi voters.
but Kezriwal acts as anarchist, like he wanted to abolish Republic day celebration, he occupied LG's office for dharna, he frequently charges on others without proof. Accuses all and every one along with his chamchas.

You should visit Delhi Gov run schools & hospitals some day... if not atleast compare education and health budget of delhi gov with some of the states

I believe you are saying that Delhi govt schools are good. Very happy for that, because the day Municipal and govt schools achieve a world class standard, that day all reservations will become useless and people of all classes can compete on equal footing.

School is judged by the results and its co curricular activities, do you mean they are matching the average results of Board exams. But I doubt the results , earlier AAP was in favour of abolishing tenth board exams, though Board did not agree. Automatic promotions in classes will spoil both students and Teachers both. And the net result is that Education becomes worthless. And children will not cope up higher education once they face Exams. Of course if you are talking of material improvement, there may be some truth.

just check out board results of delhi gov schools and private or for that matter previous results... Forget all that just check the education...health budget.. Educated healthy population.. Educated strong Nation... without which no make in India...Chaiwalla & his sidekick have long way to even understand the basic

Finally the issues of Delhi public can be addressed by the elected Government without any hassles. But surprisingly how come HC can be differ from SC ? are there are different basis.
