If only the Rajputs of yore got together for a more noble cause and fought the invaders, history would have been different. You can't undo history being in denial.
We should show the movie for the whole year, if only to show that Rajputs weren't really any heroes. Their feudalism didn't get any support from their citizens and they lost every single war against the invaders.
Neither could they get together to defeat the invaders plundering the temples. Where possible, they joined them as generals and accepted the conversion of the citizens in bargain for practicing their religion in private.
More then 95% of the people protesting knows the real story of Padmavati....Nor they are interested. They Just want to loot things ...thanks to Congress for supporting them. Even Bansali......always a habit of modifying the history just to make more money......and create unwanted and unnecessary controversy.......
the movie is good .there is nothing that hurts sentiments.history is history .in war ,one side wins other side loses.these protests ,violence should stop

If it is very important to release of the movie by the order of Suprem court. Is it not possible to broadcast the movie on National Television . Please check wether Mr. Bhansali is ready for this it will fullfill his freedom of Expression. Why public and poor theatre owner take pain for his right.I am sure no one will brake his TV set as he has an option not to watch the movie.
It is poor that the Government is allowing the hooligans to dictate terms. Is this why we elected the present Government? What is the use of courts and censor board if we do not allow them to do their duties? Just taking few people in custody is not sufficient. Why a strong message is not given to them? Despite not knowing who the terrrorists are we have not allowed bomb blasts in India. So, if the Governement wants, they can look after the security of the people. Here, we can see who the hooligans are and the Government can also see them. Still, they don't want to take firm steps. Unbelivable. Our Primeminister, at Davos,is motivating people to come to India and here it is chaos. What kind of message are we sending to our people and the international community? No one knew those hooligans before Padmavat. Now everyone knows them. Who made them famous? How they became famous? The message given to youth is that if you want to become wellknown, walk on the path which is wrong.

Government is not handling law and order situation at all and allow all hooligans to create disturbance. The police are mere silent witness as they may have given orders not to take a tough stand against violence.

It is duty of the police force to stop violence with lot of powers vested to them. May be they may be working as per the instruction of their superiors to not to act tough with this hooligans. If police has will , they are capable to stop violence within no time and no one can dare to do such acts .

Really the government is handling law and order very well. Why we expect miracles from them. After all they are also human beings- the super peace loving human beings.
HC and SC does not care for public opinion or democracy, for them law and order situation is State subject, they have given verdict, and load it on people. Many more cases will be now framed to increase judicial work. When such British system will be abolished, we do not know.
Re: Re: Democracy

Yes now we must abolish British system and implement our super man system. Suitable to the mob. Judicial system is also stale.

If Chief justice and his bench is serious about law and order situation in the country, they should reprimand the PM, Home minister, State Chief ministers and must initiate contempt proceedings against the people who failed to control law and order situation in the country.

you have got useless people who hold every thing to ransom for nothing. for every thing they are poking heads and spoiling the image of india abroad. all these things are happenning recently . why such things never happened previously. films like padmavati came in hordes. no one cared at that time. let the people destroy every thing that was built previously before independence. and do the reconstruction. if they are so desh bakhts. let them go to boundariies and fight with the enemy there where our jawans are fighting for their life. not like this silly film drama.

now bjp govt in center..ask to Hon'ble Pm modi to abolish the British system.. or still u keep on blaming cong..
If a section of society feels there sentiments are hurt, sentiments should be taken care by the society. But the hurt society should have also taken up by a Gandhigiri method , the method they are adopting are equally disturbing.

Look at this Modi Govt. who has failed in all aspects, when there was Maharashtra Band they just slept, when bikes were burned in Ahmedabad, no reponse of Modi Govt., and now this gurgaon episode. BJP is incapable or unwilling to handle anything within the country only our P.M. is good at speeched and clearing stating all lies outside the country.
