For instance, 20% North Indians AreMaadharChods but that rate is less than 1% in South India.
According to me South India means Kerala, TN, AP, Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra, where major offences like murders, rapes, big robberies are less. NEXT, IN SOUTH CRIMES ARE BETTER REPORTED and media is highly active whereas in North, crimes get attention only when recorded on CCTVs, some passersby notice and report or when they explode otherwise into big issues.
North means all other states except South India and Orissa, Assam and North-Eastern states. Even in Orissa, I find crime rate to be less.
Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar are the worst places where MaadharChodhsAre highest in proportion.
MaadharChodhsInclude rapists, robbers, dacoits, murderers, religious extremists, corrupt fellows, corrupt govt officials, dirty politicians, etc (notwithstanding the literal meaning of the term).
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 100,000 criminals pan-India every year, irrespective whether they are South Indians or North Indians. Everyday at least 55 criminals (20,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
