Indian security forces need to learn from this response, and Indian Government needs to train, equip and arm all Indian police and special units accordingly.
The attack on the the Indian Parliament, which is a high security area, lasted for hours and left many dead. The attack on the Canadian Parliament, which is right next to a major road with no perimeter security, was dealt with in hours, with police and special units blocking all major roads.
Unfortunately, the next attack that Kasab's cousins bring on Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or anywhere else will still last for hours and leave hundreds dead.

Thank the British a million times for having colonized the world, and gotten rid of Arab-Izlamic-colonisation of the world, putting the world into madness and darkness. Unfortunately, Hindus do not appreciate British culture and Western civilisation and its impact on civilizing the world. It is better to join the West to fight this madness.
