We have matured
by amal deobhakta on May 27, 2014 12:28 PM

Slowly Indians are realising that there are many more important things to worry about - roads, electricity, jobs, economy, safety, police, public health... the list is endless. Who cares if you pray in a temple or a mosque or if you pray hanging upside down in a tree? India is moving on, though some people are still trying to make us think that your neighbor's religion is more important than everything else.

Let those who wallow in the fear culture remain there. Most Indians have moved on with their greater need for good governance and prosperity

Modi
by kiran bramhe on May 27, 2014 12:06 PM

Madhuji, The whole Muslim community is not against Modi or BJP. Only those so called religious leaders of the community who so far were personally benefiting from the so called Diggys and Gandhis Mulayams and Lalus will now be exposed of the lies being spread by likes of Tista and Mukul. The TV hsts such as Rajdeep, Karan Thapar will still rake up the old issues to maintain their releveance in anti Mody campaign but the Indian people have moved on from such partial politics to development politics for all.

Compliments to this interview.
I liked the idea of revival of Sanskrit.
Hope Modi is able to do it successfully.

Secularists Anonymous
by Vishvaksenah E on May 27, 2014 11:38 AM  | Hide replies

There is an organisation - "Alcoholics Anonymous"- in most of the cities.
At regular intervals the former alcoholics meet and narrate their harrowing experiences as an alcoholic. By their coming together, they get courage not to relapse into their old habit of alcoholism.

It will be good if another organisation - "Secularists" Anonymous - is established.

All the "secularists", human rights activists, intellectuals, progressives and liberals should be admitted into a sanatorium for proper medication after the drubbing they got psychologically on 16'th May and after yesterday's swearing in ceremony.

After they are properly "de-secularised", they must be made to meet regularly in 'Secularists' Anonymous. Otherwise they might relapse into their old ailment of 'secularitis'.

Teesta, Sagarika, Burkha, Rajdeep, Mallika, Manishankar , 2 Gs, Diggi, Manish and so many other worthies would need this medication

How come you left out the greatest secularists like Mayawati, Mulayam, Lalu, Nitish, Mamata didi etc. Lalu and Nitish have already made a save secular front in Bihar ahead of Bihar polls.
