lawlessness
by ARUN KAULGUD on Jun 24, 2014 09:59 AM

We have plethora of laws. But law enforcing system is systematically castrated by the polity and rendered powerless to enforce law. Key positions crowded by 'reserved' inefficiencies. It is difficult to expect order under such conditions.

Nobody can Judge the govt so early....
by Mainbola on Jun 24, 2014 09:56 AM  | Hide replies

Nobody should judge the govt so early, it is not fair...But the govt has to apply its mind, and if it makes mindless decisions it will be criticised...Railway foare hiks is ok, 14% is not bad...but a 100 to 300% increase in seson tickets, how is that justified...that too when the mumbai sector is aprofitable sector...It means that the RLT minister and PM have not applied their mond on the season tiks issue and just gone ahead with te UPA decision...this is silly...the reaon we voted for Modi is that he will be vigilant nad make sure these silly things don't hapen in the first place....I eman if this increase and then roll back system continues as in the time of UPA, then we have the same indecisive system with no change....Also, Vegetable rpices are going throught eh roof, so are diesel prices...Each time this happened in UPA, they said it is external factors...again this time the NDA is saying it is external factors like war in Iraq and monsoon....what terrifies us that the nDa is increasingly sounding like the UPA. Agreed it is ealry in the day to judge the NDA, but they are not even talking about what the solutions could be....It is a terrifying though that do they have any solutions? And PM Modi, just like Manmohansingh, is very quiet and did not take communicate with us on the railway hike...Why?Didi he not kow of the season tkt price jump? Does he to know the solutions or the emperor has no clo......

These were all quite expected. It is unfortunate that the gullible people of this Country couldn't appreciate that there was really no difference between the BJP and Congress in terms of economic policies. They have voted in this Government with a majorty and now their backs will be broken.

Yes, you are right indeed. See I have no political party. I am an independent critic. Whoever does good things which I appreciate and equally criticize when they are at wrong. It is my habit.

"Heads I Win. Tails You Lose" --Modi

$1 Billion Aadhaar money is with Nilekani.
$2 Trillion Bank money is with Bania people.
$2 Trillion corrupt money is with forward caste.
$4 Trillion corrupt money is Swiss/foreign banks.

And your Modi is after common man in India whose 50% children are malnourished.

Is it necessary to make announcement about future plan every day ?Instead of making what will be done one should act and implement decisions without making lame excuses.

AccheDinKabAaayenge? When will BJP stop fooling people ?
by Vivek on Jun 24, 2014 08:41 AM

Maybe that would be the promise again in the next election after 5 years.
And the poor Indian public will again blindly fall into the trap.
When will we understand that BJP and Congress, both are equally corrupt and only talk of big things.
It's close to 30 days in power. And Indians are still waiting and hoping and the Government is busy increasing the prices of Rail, Water, Gas ,electricity and Sugar. But the poor Indians are still being made fool with the help of Paid Media..

Vivek,
Don't exaggerate too much. Try to understand the problem of India. Poor people in India were pampered a lot by the previous government.

To be Frank, we all know that BJP is anti poor and only pro rich. They only like to favor Ambanis and Adanis.
Poor people are only shown great dreams of AccheDin and used as vote banks

Vivek, Please visit China. You will understand what real poverty means.

Poor people in India are well taken care of by the governments. But at the end of the day the government has to pay back the global merchants for the oil and power.

This is the reality of our nation which is yet to sink into Indian minds.

Ravi, you are trying to justify that benefit should rich a few rich people in order for India to grow like China, rather than the benefit reaching a lot of poor people by being fair and honest and loving to all ?
Is that what development means ?
And you really want India to become developed like china ?
Possibly you are an industrialist or a rich guy.
If you had been a laborer or a poor guy, who constitute a big part of India, you would have never said that .
